Jamia provides the admissions through the entrance test which held in the first week of Shawwalul Mokarram. The process of admission is through the merit basis. The candidates who want to participate in entrance test they have to fill the form online on the website www.cisjamiaturraza.ac.in. After filling form online candidate must have note down the “Registration No” for further use like Admit Card, and admission process and viewing the entrance test results. A student who has fill the online form after submission form he will get his registration no, now he will print the Admit Card using this registration no. Here on Admit Card his Entrance Exam Date and time will be printed. He has to reach on given date and time to participate in the Entrance Exam.

QUALIFICATION FOR THE ADMISSION

The minimum qualification to get admission in the Jamia is 5th standard pass and for the admission in a specified class the required qualification is the just prior class has passed. To get admission in the Hifz Class, the required qualification is 5th class pass and a minimum memorized five Para of Holy Quraan also.

NOTIFICATION FOR ADMISSION

Distribution of entrance test form and online registration starts from 05st Ramadan Sharif.
Last Date for submission of form 10th Shawwalul Mukarram.
Entrance test date will be printed on admit card and also will be in prospectus, notice board, News and Events on Jamia’s website www.cisjamiaturraza.ac.in. Or it can be seen on web site www.aalaahazrat.com also.
Jamia will publish all results on Internet at: www.cisjamiaturraza.ac.in and on Jamia's Notice board also.

EXAMINATIONS AND RESULTS

Jamia arranges four terms of examinations named First Term, Second Term, Third Term and Fourth Term. All term examinations result Jamia publish on his website, students can see and print their results online by their Roll No on www.cisjamiaturraza.ac.in and Jamia also publish the results on Jamia’s Notice board respectively.

RUNNING PROJECT

Grand Hamidi Mosque

The project of grand Hamidi Mosque is in full swing, Insha Allah after completing of this mosque there will be space for 3500 people at a time. It will be single dome unique mosque.

Grand Babe Raza

The main entrance gate of Jamia is about to complete. It is 76 feet high and its grand look offers people to take its sight again and again. Finishing work is going on.

SECTION AND BRANCHES

JUNIOR STAGE

Duration three years from class VI to VIII the course of these classes include Islamic theology, Arabic, Persian, English, Hindi, Mathematics and Computer Science along with the other subjects prescribed for the student of Junior High School.

HIGHER STAGE

It is divided into four sub stage namely

Pre-Molviyah Duration 2 Years Molviyah Duration 2 Years Aalmiah Duration 2 Years Fadeelah Duration 3 Years

The above mentioned stages have the many subjects but theological subjects become deep rooted among the students and they become no less familiar with the modern branches of knowledge to keep pace with the time. During the above mentioned stages special emphasis is made on the education of Tafseer, Hadith, Islamic, Jurisprudence, Law of Inheritance, Islamic Ideology, Arabic literature, Rhetoric, Logic and Philosophy, Islamic History, Geography, World's Religions, Economics, Political Science, English literature, Memorizing and recitation of the Qur'an and Education.

VISION NEXT FIVE YEAR

The vision 5year is divided into 2 parts the 1st is Academic and the 2nd is Non Academic. Academic:

Our Aim is to be an Arabic University with the ideal feature.
Next year we are going to start some courses which are designed especially for the Indian Muslim community which do not have deep Islamic knowledge as a Muslims like Doctors, MCAs and MBAs etc.
We are designing a program for the Jamia's affiliation department- which will provide the affiliation to other small Madrasa's and Jamia's (Who do not have a perfect syllabus) to encouraging for the one course for all Madrasa and Jamia.
Our aim is in next five years to enroll with the 2000 (Two thousand) students in our Jamia. (Just we have 868 students)
Our aim is to shape a team of hundred students with the Fazilat degree. Hundred students with Hifz-e-Quran Pak Degree and 25 students in Qiraat wa Tajveed and 25 students in 'Takhas-sus fil Fiqh.' (Specialization in Fiqh) Our above mentioned aim is to become true in next coming years (Insha Allah)

NON ACADEMIC

The requirements for the next five years are mentioned below-

Our Institute is already affiliated with U.P. Madarsa Shiksha Prishad (Munshi, Molvi, Alim Arabic and Persian, Kamil Arabic and Persian)
Jamia Azhar Egypt (Every year students going for higher education)
NIOS Delhi (300 for Urdu and 300 for English medium).
We had provided trainings to the teachers of the Madrsa Boards.
